Just a note to thank you for the advice and guidance you have given me. I admit I had some trepidation about seeing a Nutritionist, concerned that any advice would result in a very strict set of rules, which was going to be difficult to adhere to and take away my enjoyment of food. However, the guidance you gave me was practical – no spending too much time preparing meals after a day at work or having to prepare different meals for the family, and still feeling I could enjoy my food and the occasional treat – you even understood my need for my morning cup of coffee without making me feel guilty! You immediately understood the health concerns I was trying to address, and have guided me in such a way that I have been able to make noticeable progress in a very short time and I feel more confident in making better choices about what I am eating. Seeing benefits quickly means my motivation has kept high and knowing I can contact you if I have queries is a comforting safety net. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone wanting down to earth, practical nutritional advice – we all know how to eat sensibly, but sometimes there is too much information out there, and when you are trying to address a number of different health issues it becomes overwhelming, which is where your knowledge and expertise is so valuable. I will keep in contact, not only to let you know my progress but also to help me keep in line – it is good to feel I have a little nutritional angel looking over my shoulder!! RB
